  Given that the start of my notebook I had the key after that I made
  software updates finding 10 Mb update do them then asks me to reboot
  after this reboot button has disappeared. All this in the latest version

+ b) Rebooted the system
+ c) After the reboot, there isn't settings button on the top-bar
