Hm. ustriage should be ignoring these (-needs-merge is listed in the list of tags for the report), so if it isn't then something is incomplete with the logic. Did you see both the initial bug filing and the status/assignment updates or just one or the other? If these bugs keep showing in the triage report we may want to doublecheck the code.
