Hi Skia,

I don't know if you saw but I am retiring.

I've just caught up that after my PTO. Please do enjoy your retirement, and many thanks for all your awesome work!

Thank you for maintaining this software all these years!
With as much change as Python has gone through over this period, it's
honestly surprising this still works, so props to you and others that
have kept it working over the past decade.

I've added you as an admin, and set your expiry date to 2030. Since
you're the last active maintainer on the project, I'd change owner to
you, but guessing that only Brian can do that now.

Thanks! I do hope that this thing will have been killed by 2030. It's all bzr, so probably won't survive anyway.

Finally, let me mention another, newer application called PDBQ, which is
kind of a spiritual descendant of Arsenal. My intention was for it to
eventually provide the same report generating features as Arsenal, and
become its replacement, but unfortunately I never got far enough into
that line of development that I could recommend it. Still, PDBQ has
some of the necessary bones (LP queries of bugs by tag/status/etc.,
python class structures, web display) that would be useful in
replicating some of these features from Arsenal. Lena is taking over
maintenance of PDBQ going forward, so I'd suggest connecting with her if
there is interest in exploring that idea.

Oh, nice! I'll see with her to share some knowledge around that, and that might actually accelerate the killing of Arsenal :-)

Cheers!
Skia
