I verified which ubuntu releases are affected by it, and turns out it's
only focal (and earlier presumably). I located the fix in debian, which was
in 5.8+dfsg-3 (not mentioned in d/changelog, but we can see it in the
commit). I marked it as fix released and left a comment.

Another case of having a mysql server installed as a snap, and as a deb, on
the same system, leading to port conflicts and postinst failure. I left a
comment and marked it as invalid.

src:mysql-8.0 was still new for the devel task, but that package was last
shipped in noble, which is fix released. I marked the devel task for
mysql-8.0 as invalid, since the package doesn't exist there.
