Looks like this means they won't be in the Debian repos in question, 
surely the uploaders will put them somewhere else.  Ubuntu and its
derivatives don't use the Debian repos directly, my guess is this  means they 
will have to get to the Ubuntu repos without being pulled from Debian
Unstable.
