Actually, we could do something with the launchpad REST API. I have only tried it very quickly, but it would allow doing searches in the bug database and creating some html page from that. Requires a cron job on a personal server, but it's pretty doable.
One place to add it is to your people.ubuntu.com page, like the one I have here http://people.ubuntu.com/~zequence/ (you need to be an Ubuntu member with a signed launchpad account). I'll add a task for myself to do that.
