I'm not entirely sure this is correct. The 32bit libs can co-exists
quite nicely with the 64bit ones.

We don't include wine itself, because we have not included it as a part
of our workflows.
As for wine-rt. I have never tried it, but I'm assuming it is a package
that doesn't exist in the archive.
