Two problems: 1) You're asking the wrong list. Support questions belong in the Ubuntu Studio Users list, not the development list. This list is for collaboration between developers, not support questions. 2) The packaging for Supercollider, per https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/supercollider, is actually done by the Debian Multimedia Team (https://wiki.debian.org/DebianMultimedia). The Ubuntu Studio team doesn't even touch it, except to include it in the ISO image. So, while you're asking the wrong place, I'm happy to point you in the right direction.
