I don't think WINE would be a good option because it is not that stable for audio work. Also, getting JACK to work with WINE consistently is a problem in itself, and then there is OSC to deal with too.. slightly easier but the real solution would be to get all the libraries compiled under Linux. I know the IRCAM folks have been trying to do this for a long time now, I doubt they will give up now, even if they can't devote consistent time to Linux.
