You aren't using Wayland? There's no output mentioning HDMI2? What's the output of xrandr --verbose | grep -i hdmi ? Did you test different HDMI cables? Are the HDMI sockets clean? Do you have anything monitor related in /etc/X11/xorg.conf or /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/?
