Public bug reported:

In it's current form, the File Manager application is unable to see or
access AFP network shares. I don't have any SAMBA shares on my home
network, so I am unable to confirm whether or not the same would also be
true for this type of network share. I suspect it would as there are no
options in any of menus or settings to connect to a network share.
"Places" within the app would seem like a logical place to find the
"Network" as a place.

** Affects: ubuntu-filemanager-app
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
