Nope, no luck. I went through this a second time, taking my time, and no content is imported in the "Men's Entertainment" category, even whilst "Use Google Search" is disabled (i.e. it's grey).
Under OTA-10, Shorts works well enough that I can actually view the specific feeds under each category I am importing before I import them with the OPML fileabove, and the category "Men's Entertainment" reckons there are no feeds to import, despite the fact that looking at the code in the OPML file above clearly shows those feeds are present (i.e. it's not a problem with the file itself). In case you were wondering, the feeds under "Men's Entertainment" also display content in Feedly (the website), so apparently those feeds are being updated, ruling out a lack of updated content... "Men's Entertainment" is the ONLY category which shows no feeds on import, and the feeds under "Men's Entertainment" are the ONLY ones I am having problems with. -- Shorts 0.2.418 bq Aquaris E5 HD Ubuntu Edition: * OS build number: OTA-10 * Ubuntu Image part: 20160401.1 * Ubuntu build description: Ubuntu 15.04 - armhf (20160401-184657) * Device Image part: 20160329-a9bacdb * Device build description: VEGETA01A-S23A_BQ_L100EN_2011_160401 * Customization Image part: 20160324--36-54-vivid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Shorts Developers, which is subscribed to Ubuntu Shorts App. Matching subscriptions: Ubuntu RSS Reader Bugmail https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1565406 Title: Adult feeds excluded on OPML import Status in Ubuntu Shorts App: New Bug description: When I imported my newsfeeds using an OPML file and had a look through my newsfeeds, it appears that everything was imported correctly... Except for my adult/men's interest/pornographic newfeeds. -- Reproduce: - Download "Shorts" application from Ubuntu Store. - Import newsfeeds using the OPML file attached to this post. - Review list of newsfeeds using the "list" view (i.e. the vertical, scrollable list, not the tiles). Result: - "Men's Entertainment" category does not show in scrollable list, and manually selecting "Men's Entertainment" from the category picker (three lines in the top-left) shows no newsfeed entries at all, just a blank screen. Expectation: - To be able to update and read/view newsfeeds in this category. -- bq Aquaris E5 HD Ubuntu Edition: * OS build number: OTA-9.1 * Ubuntu Image part: 20160217.1 * Ubuntu build description: Ubuntu 15.04 - armhf (20160217-111536) * Device Image part: 20160108-efc96d8 * Device build description: VEGETA01A-S23A_BQ_L100EN_2010_160217 * Customization Image part: 20160111-926-36--vivid To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-rssreader-app/+bug/1565406/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-touch-coreapps-reviewers Post to : ubuntu-touch-coreapps-reviewers@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-touch-coreapps-reviewers More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
