All, Jenkins is now back up after today's outage and is processing Merge Proposals that were pending. Unfortunately, the old data was wiped clean. The cause is known and steps are being taken to prevent this outcome in the future.
Please ping me (fginther on freenode IRC) if you find a merge proposal that needs new testing data.
