The package you want is qtdeclarative5-friends0.2, the other one (which provided 0.1) is being removed from the archives in Saucy. Unfortunately it doesn't look like it's being built in the Friends PPA, you'll need to find Ken Vandine (kenvandine on IRC) to see if he can update the PPA.
