Hi Bartosz, You cannot host the Ubuntu-on-air hangout yourself. Only members of the ubuntu-on-air team can do that. You can however request a session by contacting *jose* on IRC on #ubuntu-app-devel, #ubuntu-on-air etc. He will then setup a session and will host it.
