Hey Alex, Latest version(218 revision) with lightbox effect has been updated.
Yes now it opens the same filename. It can be done like showing thumbnail image in the tour and once clicked we can show the bigger image in lightbox. For that content creator can add width and height while specifying the <screenshot> tag. So the thumbnail image will be restricted to width and height specified and the lightbox image will open the actual image without the width/height restrictions. So user can upload the original image and specify the width and height for thumbnail like below.
