Bug description:
When I open the Plugin Manager in Evolution (Edit > Plugins), both the
name of the Evolution Indicator plugin and its description are shown
untranslated. They need to be marked as translatable in the code.
The two strings in question are:
Evolution Indicator
Shows new mail count in a message indicator.
