Thanks for the response. We normally just ship the upstream help, and direct translators to work on it in upstream, because a, we don't have the infrastructure to properly export them to Ubuntu packages b, help in general is too big of a work to split translators efforts.

Another question: is there any change left in this package compared to the upstream version? Old Gnome2 docs contained some changes, and in Natty, this template contained a lot of changes, but those were moved for Oneiric to the ubuntu-help package, AFAIK. So, maybe we could resort to translating only the ubuntu-help package, and ship the gnome-help with upstream translations, which means this template should be deactivated as well.
