Yes. I will stop the cron job and do it manualy while I can't figure out what is the problem, thank you for your patience.

I've checked in launchpad, but it doesn't look like they changed something in the url. For example, you can find the universe descriptions for oneiric by taking the 'natty' url from nightmonkey, and changing natty to oneiric: https://translations.launchpad.net/ddtp-ubuntu/oneiric/+pots/ddtp-ubuntu-universe Edit to add: It looks like the 'universe' repository isn't working for any release now. In addition to this, for oneiric and precise none of the repositories seem to work.
