Bug description:
The Transmission quicklist items are not marked for translation on latest
Precise.
Also the translation domain is hardwired in the .desktop files as
transmission, while the translation domain is transmission-gtk now:

This happens in the
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/precise/transmission/precise/view/head:/debian/patches/0103-add_X_Ubuntu_specific_desktop_keys.patch
patch.
