- Quality is paramount, and the DDTP is translated with restricted permissions to ensure that. - I don't mind having a backlog of suggestions. - The quality of those suggestions often varies, but my guess is that a mecanism like that would mainly draw people who were interested by the package in the first place, and will thus have a knowledge of it, and vested interest in having a proper suggestion.
On the technical side: - Implementation in the web interface (relatively straightforward using Nightmonkey code) - Implementation in the Desktop Client (might be more complicated, not sure how the software center is coded) - The Launchpad timeout (https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+bug/869824) is a big issue.
