(Leo, I think you meant to attach a different screenshot.) "Configuración" isn't a particularly long word. If that word is wrapping, other words in other languages are probably wrapping too. So I think this is a Unity bug, not a System Settings bug and not a translations bug.
This looks like an error in the layout, with far too much margin between the labels of adjacent items.
