The strings come from telephony-service.
There's one branch that will change the way the libusermetrics work, so I'm not 
sure if we can call the i18n methods on this strings now or we should wait.

According to Saviq pete-woods is working on the telephony-service side
of the change, so I'll contact him.

Bug description:
  The messaging user metrics displayed on the lock screen are not
  translated in spanish.

  The messages are:

  "No text messages sent today", "No text messages received today"

  I can't find the project that's the source of those strings.
