That's not possible, the way the system works is impossible to remove translations, they always remain as suggestions. Another different thing is when the English string has been removed from the template, in which case, you don't see the translations either, but they remain there to be used in our translation memory database. If you still think this happened, could you point me to a concrete message so I can debug this a bit more to see whether it's indeed a bug?
