Having a look at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Translations/Upstream/KDE/KdeKarmicModules, I see the same 3 templates in Launchpad as in upstream: https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/karmic/+source/kdebluetooth/+pots/kbluetooth4 https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/karmic/+source/kdebluetooth/+pots/kbluetooth4-devicemanager https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/karmic/+source/kdebluetooth/+pots/kbluetooth4-wizard Maybe I did not understand it correctly.
