I tried a different locale on a smaller screen and it did push the Save
button off to the right for some reason so maybe rebooting changed the
layout on my system somehow? Look for a horizontal scrollbar at the
bottom and scroll to the right? The Save button may be there.

I have the same problem. I see 5 untranslated strings which i cant
change. There is simply no 'Save and continue' button but only for
these 5 strings. I can change the other ones.
I tried rebooting as well as doing it by phone.
