Just had a quick go at a screencast myself. How to change the desktop background (yes I know its simple, but I thought I would start out small). All I need to do is find some way of editing the mpeg file, there's some stuff at the beginning and end that needs trimming. I also need to add audio to it. Hopefully I will find time to do that sometime this weekend.
