I think that's the difference between ordering a machine without an OS
in the first place, versus trying to get some money back after buying
a machine that has Windows when you're not going to use that OS.

I think it's worth phoning a human rather than trying to find the no
OS machines on their website. I've heard that it's next to impossible
on the UK site.
