Hi folks, not entirely relevant, but we had a meeting with these folks from Oxford Uni this afternoon, including Prof Dutton, and their work is very impressive. Their recent report is a very interesting read and highlights the different levels of take-up (or otherwise) of internet access etc by different socio-economic groups, age groups and so on. Worth a look IMHO, and some of it quite startling in terms of how many people are completely dismissive of technology and ignorant of it's potential benefits...
