Are you saying that you bought what you thought was a Sandisk with £5 off and got a Pulse? Or that they charged you £5 less than you thought with a letter saying "unfortunately we don't have any Sandisks - here have this Pulse instead"? Makes a lot of difference - if they sent you something that was clearly not the product you believed you purchased then you can send it back, but if it's working fine and you're not brand-focused perhaps you'll not be concerned. If this was a £500 purchase then it'd be worth the effort... for £15? Not so sure... Sean
