When posting announcements like this to the UK list you might want to consider rewording the subject line, placing the location information near the start of the topic rather than at the end (where many mail clients will truncate). It's very easy to see these mails as announcements of Ubuntu UK meetings rather than geographically specific LUG meetings. Good luck with the meetings!
