I've put the questionnaire URL on the FCM Fb/G+/Twitter pages, so
hopefully that'll get you some ideas.
I'll certainly mention the wiki page and mailing list in FCM#65. If you
want, feel free to email me some blurb about it and I'll put it in. I'm
sure you'll explain it better than me. :)
