Geotrust are probably the best bet as they have a UK (or at least European)
helpdesk who are very helpful with getting EV through and the certificates
sorted out. The difference in cost doesn't amount to much, possibly the
amount of indemnity cover. Check if that's a major requirement.

The one thing I always tell people when getting any certificate is make
sure that the contact details on your Companies House record are correct
and that you can access the phone whose number is on it. You don't want to,
for example, go digging around in a server room trying to hook up the only
analogue phone in the building to the point that the company phone number
is on in order to forward it to your VoIP system. Not that I've ever done
anything like that.
