that sounds like the software centre warning that tries to protect you from
yourself in cases where you don't know whether what you're installing if
from a reputable source. I am unaware of what it actually checks when
deciding if the package is of poor quality. However, you can easily click
the "install anyway" button to bypass the warning and get the package
installed.
