I have found that this method is unreliable: 1. From file browser Nautilus or Nemo, right-click on ISO file. 2. Choose "Open with Brasero disk burner". While this method is fine: 1. Launch brasero from menu 2. Click "Burn image" 3. Select ISO and proceed. I've never investigated why.
