Hi Norman,I'm on 12.04, and having tons of trouble with Chrome, but not on Ancestry. But I do see that the post you're directed to was published in 2010, so I should think the info was out of date anyway. I don't have the problems in Firefox, so I think the problem is Chrome rather than Ancestry or my OS.
