We wont be necessarily *fixing* bugs.  There are tons of bug triaging
opportunities for people of every skill level.  It could be a request for
more information.  Setting the package name.  Or any number of other
options.

The Global Bug Jam link below has more information, but we will have people
there to walk first timers through the process.
