I don't think groovenotify should be "affected" by this bug, reassigning
to webbrowser.

  [nonblockswap] grooveshark play stops on screen off but starts when

Bug description:
  image Ubuntu 14.04 LTS - armhf (20140422)
  using non-block swap packages as of Apr23
  per https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Mir/NonBlockingSwapTesting

  1. choose song on grooveshark to play
  2. don't touch device, allow to dim, and completely blank screen
  3. on virgin image, song keeps playing until the end, with non-block swap the 
song will halt
  4. (only on non-block swap packages) when the song has stopped and screen is 
still blank tapping the screen will get the song to play
  5. (only on non-block swap packages) if the song has stopped and screen is 
still blank, strike power key song still stopped, but reveal dash or app the 
song continues to play
