Title:
[browser] URL rewritten even if the user has edited / is editing it

Status in Web Browser App:
  Fix Released
Status in “webbrowser-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
This is rather difficult to reproduce, as it requires a slow network
  connection.

It was caught by chance by the autopilot tests (see
  http://s-jenkins:8080/job/new-kalossi-
  mediumtests/distribution=i386,flavor=quantal/25/).

  Steps to reproduce:

   1) Launch `ubuntu-browser http://ubuntu.com`
   2) While the page is loading, and before the URL has been rewritten to
"http://www.ubuntu.com";, click inside the address bar, click the clear button,
and start typing another URL of your choice

Expected result: when the browser is notified that the URL has been
rewritten, the contents of the address bar remain unchanged because
the user has edited / is editing them.

Current result: when the browser is notified that the URL has been
rewritten, the contents of the address bar are replaced with the
rewritten URL, thus overriding what the user entered.
