If you open http://hintjens.com/blog:78 in Chrome's responsive design mode and set the size to the device screen size (in DIPs), then you get the same behaviour.
The issue is that the text is inside a div with a hardcoded width of 950px, which is inside a div with overflow: hidden. This is very much caused by poor website layout ** Changed in: oxide Status: Confirmed => Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu WebApps bug tracking, which is subscribed to Oxide. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1402694 Title: Browser cuts off edge of pages Status in Oxide Webview: Invalid Bug description: This used to work fine a few weeks ago. Since one of the recent rtm updates, the browser cuts off the right edge of some pages with no way to access the content off the edge. It is not possible to pan across or zoom further out, the content is simply cut. Examples: http://hintjens.com/blog:78 Viewed portrait, half the essay text is cut off and inaccessible. In landscape, the last few pixels of the text is cut off, plus the remaining decoration and sidebar of the page is still not viewable. http://www.dancecentral.info/ballroom/international-style/waltz/waltz-reverse-turn Only the left half of the tables displayed on this page are viewable, resulting in much of the important content being cut off. I know for sure that the latter website used to be fully viewable in the browser. The page is badly designed, but I was able to pan across the page view the full contents of tables.
