** Changed in: webbrowser-app (Ubuntu RTM) Status: New => Confirmed ** Changed in: webbrowser-app (Ubuntu RTM) Importance: Undecided => Low ** No longer affects: webbrowser-app ** Summary changed: - [browser] order is not preserved when copying selection to the clipboard + order is not preserved when copying selection to the clipboard -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu WebApps bug tracking, which is subscribed to webbrowser-app. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1122145 Title: order is not preserved when copying selection to the clipboard Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu RTM: Confirmed Bug description: When copying the data corresponding to the current selection (obtained by press-and-hold on a given element of the current page), the order is not preserved. The current implementation copies first the HTML contents (that’s good), then the whole text, and then all the images. If the block contains mixed text and images, the order in which they appear is lost. This should be improved so that the order of mixed text and images is preserved when copying the selection to the clipboard.
