  Offer a commandline option to force a specific orientation

Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The webbrowser should allow webapps(HTML5 games) to force a specific
  orientation, there games that runs only in Landscape mode(ex:
  Cutetherope) and others in Portrait mode(ex: X-Type), so even if the
  user rotate his phone the browser should stay on the specified
  orientation.
