Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

On a fully dist-upgraded Karmic, on Intel i915GMS with UXA and KMS
enabled, I get a lot of mouse pointer flicker when I start Firefox.

I have even briefly caught some graphical garbage in the pointer image,
but this is very uncommon.

Note: Compiz is disabled (Visual Effects set to 'none').
