Hi Ricardo. Thanks for your suggestion! I have a dual seat configuration and use the "evdev" driver, so I'm not sure that I can (easily) reproduce the same setup with the live CD.
I noticed that above there is a suggestion that the keys do repeat but take longer while for me they did not repeat at all (at least for 30 seconds of holding down), so maybe there is a slightly different error.
