** Description changed: Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-geode I had a working AMD Geode LX800 running Ubuntu Gutsy with the "amd" driver, but since I upgraded to Jaunty, and switched to the "geode" driver, my screen has a black margin on the left of the display (about 4cm wide). I tried playing with the modelines, but nothing seems to change anything. Note that when using the "vesa" driver, I don't have the black margin problem. For your information, I'm using a 640x480 resolution on a 5 inches touch screen panel. + + [lspci] + 00:01.1 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] Geode LX Video [1022:2081] + Subsystem: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] Geode LX Video [1022:2081]
