I've added the xorg-xserver patch http://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=33939 as 203_xinerama_stuck_cursor.patch and published an updated package on my ppa, https://launchpad.net/~arnulf-heimsbakk/+archive/work.
