I think I found a posible solution of this bug. It was a problem with a
S-video. I have disabled in xorg S-video, I don't know if there are
another solution.

I've changed this files:

1 FILE->>>>>/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-device.conf
Section "Device"
  Identifier "Default Device"

  #Driver "radeon"

  ## Required magic for radeon/radeonhd drivers; output name
  ## (here: "DVI-0") can be figured out via 'xrandr -q'
  #Option "monitor-DVI-0" "Default Monitor"
Option "monitor-S-video" "monitor-S-video"
EndSection

2ยบ FILE->>>>>>>/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-monitor.conf (ADDED AT THE END)

Section "Monitor"
Identifier "monitor-S-video"
Option "Ignore" "true"
EndSection

Now, xrand not detect S-video and I have no problems with blinks

I hope it help yours

I'm sorry for my english!!!!!!!!!!!
