@William, your screenshot is different from the original reporters and should be handled as a separate bug report. Please file a new bug report using 'ubuntu-bug xorg' (while the screen is corrupted) and attach your screenshot. It would be helpful if you could try seeing if you can reproduce the behavior with the classic desktop + compiz, to make it more clear that it's a driver bug rather than unity.
