I guess the problem is caused bei xserver-xorg-video-intel. By removing this package and only using the xserver-xorg-video-i740 the FN-Key works without chrashing. But without xserver-xorg-video-intel, the resolution of webpages is in bad quality and also I couldn`t acitvate any visuell effects.
