I'm still seeing oddball hangs of the X server which do not hang the system. However, I'm not sure how to capture the situation since nothing goes to the logs. I just get messages about the GPU in the tty I'm using to shut the box down. This differs from the bug I wrote up (644680), but I've not found a way to recreate and provide you guys any useful data. If you have any suggestions, I'm all ears.
